This application process is designed to provide you with an on-line quotation and binding facility for Named Perils Property and Liability dwelling coverage if the underwriting criteria are met by the risk. Alternately, if the system determines that some feature(s) of the risk require Underwriter intervention in order to produce a quote, you will be so advised when you have “submitted” the application by clicking the “SUBMIT” button at the end the application process. One of our underwriters will review the information, input the quote into the system and notify you that it is ready for you to retrieve.

Please note that completion of the on-line application does not eliminate the requirement for a signed application. Once the application is approved, the system will prompt you to have it printed. It is then to be signed by your client and sent to us within five (5) days after coverage is bound.

As is the case with quotes based on the traditional printed applications, our electronic quotation is made with reliance on the information contained in the electronic application. Any subsequently discovered errors or changes in exposures must be brought to our attention a.s.a.p.

The Website may only be used by those Agent/Brokers who have completed the A.M. Fredericks Underwriting Management Ltd. Website enrolment and who have been provided with a password by A.M. Fredericks Underwriting Management Ltd.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your User ID and password and ensuring that you are the only person using the User ID and password. You agree not to disclose your User ID and password to any other person. A.M. Fredericks Underwriting Management Ltd. is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the Website by any other person with your User ID or password and A.M. Fredericks Underwriting Management Ltd. is under no obligation to confirm the actual identity or authority of anyone using your User ID or password. You agree to notify A.M. When you visit the Website or send e-mail to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
